Best Way To Cope with Chronic Fatigue
60Living With Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue can be one of the most difficult illnesses to cope with on a day to day basis. You go to bed but, cant always sleep, when you do sleep you wake up more exhausted. The pain is awful and very debilitating. To make it worse family, friends, doctors and employers don't understand.
This debilitating illness is caused by a weakened immune system. While you might have it for life, there are still steps you can take to enable you to get some relief and live a bit.
The first step is acceptance, once you accept that you have something wrong with you and the doctor cant cure it, you can begin to look at alternatives and live within your limits.
Step 2. Don't let other people put demands on you. Learn to say no.
Step 3. Look at alternative medication. Alternative medicine isn't harmful and flushes through your body if you take it but don't need it. Seek advice if you are not sure. I suffer from chronic fatigue myself and have found alternative medicine to be the best way of getting a bit of relief and managing my illness.
A good multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good place to start. Take these for a couple of weeks, then add kelp. Don't take anymore than 2 kelp a day, it says on the label you can build up to 4 but, I find 2 is more than enough. To help your joints take cod liver oil. I cant recommend how many mg you need it depends on size etc so I would seek advice when buying. A good amino acid is a great help also, L-glutamine, and L-tyrosine are the best. 500mg is sufficient for anybody.
Multivitamin and Minerals
Kelp
Cod Liver Oil
L-Glutamine 500mg
L-Tyrosine 500mg
Another thing you can do to help yourself is exercise. I can hear you shouting at me now "I cant exercise you shout" but, Im saying "oh yes you can". 5mins That's all you need to start with. Build on this and you will feel like a new person. Do any type of exercise you want to do but please try. 5mins every second day is all you need to start. Then when you feel ready do 10mins every second day. Then 15 etc.
I can guarantee if you do follow this advice you will be a lot happier and get more out of life than you get now. Your limitations will change, you will be able to do more. You will have more strength and energy than you ever thought possible while suffering this condition.
Please give this a try for 1 month and get back to me. Share your success story. I would love to hear from you. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care.

Informative article. I am sure it will be of help to sufferers of chronic fatigue. Well done.
This I'll certainly look into. I think that I suffer from this some days but wrote it off as procrastination and laziness! Thanks.

Excellent article, but why not get one's requirements from food, but the exercise you mention is a big plus for all sorts of complaints
